Job Role: CDP’S Non DBS job roles in Enfield
Times: Monday to Sunday – Days/Evenings
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour to £17.00 per hour plus Bank Holiday enhancements
Location: Enfield and surrounding areas
As an employee of CTS Recruitment Limited, you will be paid PAYE weekly, as we do not use umbrella companies. Therefore, you will have no umbrella margins or payroll processing fees to pay.

We are currently seeking to recruit several Chef de Parties in and around Harlow to work within Hotels, contract caterers, Gastropubs, and at major events.
Your primary duties will be:
- Work within as part of a team
- Putting away stock and deliveries
- Food orders, dependent on the role you are placed into, i.e., head chef/chef manager
- Preparation of food
- Preparation of food, including a variety of diets
- Prepping/tidying areas of the kitchen, including pot washing
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements
- Cooking nutritious food within the requirements
- Ensure a clean-as-you-go policy is being operated at all times
- Possibly serving food and/or operating a till
Requirements and skills:
- You will be qualified within professional cookery to City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or equivalent
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate within the last 3 years and up-to-date allergens certificates
- You will have at least a minimum of six (6) months of experience working as a chef
- You will have your own chef whites and knives
- Flexibility in shift patterns, including weekends preferred but not essential
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Due to some locations, a full UK driving license is required along with own access to a vehicle
- If you are limited to public transport, we will only send you to places that have public transport links and provide you with all the information you will need to get there
- You must have the right to work in the UK
