We require this information to assist us in identifying all data relating to you. If the information provided is incorrect, it may cause a delay in our disclosing the data to you. We will retain this information for a period of 6 years in case of an ICO investigation.

We will respond to your subject access request within 1 month of receipt unless your request is more complex, in which case we will respond within 2 months of receipt. We will write to let you know if we think your case is complex.
