We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated RGN Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work in Care Homes, Nursing Homes, and Healthcare Settings in and around Harpenden.

Positions Available

Registered General Nurses (RGNs)
Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

Pay Rates

Competitive rates available (depending on experience and shift type).

Key Responsibilities

RGN Nurses

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents and patients

• Administering medication and treatments

• Developing and implementing care plans

• Monitoring and assessing residents’ health needs

• Maintaining accurate clinical records

Healthcare Assistants

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities

• Assisting with mobility and nutrition

• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing

• Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions

• Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK

• RGNs: Valid NMC registration

• HCAs: Previous care experience preferred

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, professional, and reliable approach
