We are looking for an Activities Coordinator or our client who is enthusiastic, energetic and has a positive approach to involving residents in interesting and varied activities.
You will be responsible for delivery these activities with your own personal touch.
You will need to have a creative approach and be a strong comminutor and able to involve residents in engaging in activities ensuring the social and physical needs of all residents are met.
The activities will need to provide stimulation and encouraging independence amongst all residents.
You must be good at problem solving and able to think creatively ensuring the very best outcome for the residents.
You must always conduct yourself in a professional manner, ensuring you are delivering the highest level of care.
This role requires outstanding communication skills as you will be involved in liaising closely with residents, their relatives, friends and staff.
