Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour
We are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling team in Potters Bar.
Key Details
- Role: Refuse Loader (waste & recycling collections)
- Location: Potters Bar and surrounding areas
- Pay: £13.95 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required)
- Start: ASAP
Duties
- Working as part of a crew to collect household and commercial waste and recycling
- Loading bins and bags onto the vehicle safely and efficiently
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Providing a polite and professional service to the public
Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good level of fitness – the role is physically demanding and outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Previous refuse/waste experience is an advantage but not essential – training provided
